Welcome to Zanitation. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users, customers, and others who access or use our services. Please read them carefully.
Definitions

Company: Refers to the Rouben Malian Memorial Foundation Inc d.b.a. Zanitation, its employees, agents, and authorized representatives.

Client/Customer: Refers to individuals or entities who engage the Company for services.

Services: The sanitation services provided by the Company, including but not limited to cleaning, waste management, disinfection, and maintenance.
Scope of Services
The Company agrees to provide sanitation services as outlined in the agreed proposal or contract. Services may include but are not limited to:

Regular cleaning and disinfection

Waste collection and disposal

Specialized sanitation solutions

Maintenance plans and emergency services
Service Agreement

Contract Duration: Service agreements are valid for the duration specified in the contract and may be renewed upon mutual agreement.

Amendments: Any amendments to the service agreement must be agreed upon by both parties in writing.
Payment Terms

Fees: The Client agrees to pay the fees specified in the service agreement. All fees are subject to applicable taxes.

Invoice Terms: Payments are due as specified on the invoice. Late payments may incur interest charges.

Cancellation and Refunds: Clients must provide written notice for cancellations as per the contract terms. Refunds will be processed as per the cancellation policy specified in the contract.
Client Responsibilities

Access to Premises: The Client must provide the Company and its representatives access to the premises as required to perform the services.

Safety and Compliance**: The Client is responsible for maintaining a safe environment and ensuring compliance with any applicable local laws and regulations.
Liability and Indemnification

Limitation of Liability: The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.

Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims arising out of their breach of these terms or misconduct.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party is in material breach of the terms. Upon termination, any outstanding fees will become immediately due and payable.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information received during the course of the service agreement, except as required by law.
Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout, or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
